Yoga is more than exercise. At its very core, it is a practice to build resilience across all facets of our lives. Through regular practice, one may build the skills needed to strengthen the body, discover methods to deescalate anxiety, and learn tools to help relieve stress or manage pain.

It's absolutely possible to work yoga, meditation, and relaxation exercises into your day - whether it's short lunchtime sessions to recharge you during the day, or a longer, restorative session after work - there's something for everyone at every skill level.
